Yarra Valley Dairy is currently offering part-time, casual customer service assistant positions in Victoria. We are in search of individuals who are passionate about cheese to join our farm gate cheese shop team in the picturesque Yarra Valley.
We’re on the lookout for two experienced, dynamic, and cheese-loving individuals to be part of our close-knit team in our bustling farm gate Cheese Shop.
Yarra Valley Dairy Customer Service Assistant Requirements: We are seeking team members who possess the following qualities:
- Extensive knowledge of cheese, food, and wine, along with a deep passion for promoting Australian artisan products.
- A polite and positive demeanor, capable of handling pressure with a strong work ethic, and a proactive approach to delivering customer-centric service while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Minimum of two years of experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality roles.
- Proficiency in making high-quality espresso coffee is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in food handling is a plus.
- Current Victorian RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is mandatory.
- Flexibility to work weekends, school holidays, and peak trading periods is essential.
- Availability for a flexible 7-day roster is highly preferred, with a guaranteed minimum of 2 shifts per week.
