Job Description: CIBC Universal Banker

A CIBC Universal Banker is a valuable member of our Personal and Business Banking team. They work in a fast-paced Banking Centre, actively impacting the lives of our clients. As a CIBC Financial Services Representative – Universal Banker, you will proactively engage with clients and utilize CIBC’s excellent mobile and online banking solutions to provide the right financial products for their success.

Key Responsibilities of the CIBC Universal Banker:

  • Engage with clients to identify their financial priorities and provide solutions for the best financial plan.
  • Utilize your knowledge of technology, credit, cash management, investments, and wealth protection to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Build close client relationships through marketing and outreach activities, expanding and solidifying your client network.
  • Collaborate with team members to connect clients to the right people and opportunities.
  • Introduce clients to our mobile banking applications to help them meet their banking needs.
