About City Beach Customer Service: We are currently seeking enthusiastic Casual Customer Service Agents to join our Customer Service Team situated at our Distribution Centre in Murarrie.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the City Beach Customer Service Officer will serve as the initial point of contact for all our customers. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Engaging with customers through email, phone, and chat services
- Redirecting incoming calls to the appropriate departments as needed
- Handling and processing online customer orders
- Swiftly forwarding any customer-related issues to the Customer Service Manager
- Managing and processing gift card orders
Qualities of a Successful Customer Service Agent at City Beach: The successful City Beach Customer Service Agent should exhibit the following:
- Proven experience in Customer Service of 2+ years within a related field
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- The ability to work both independently and under guidance
- Proficiency in using MS Word and Excel
