Full Scholarships in USA for African Students 2022/23

The MasterCard Foundation Scholars Program is one such opportunity. The program aims to educate and empower economically marginalized young people from Africa and developing countries who have a strong commitment to giving back to their communities. The program is expected to benefit 15,000 students over 8 to 10 years. Partner universities include Wellesley College, Stanford University, Arizona State University, and Michigan State University.
