What an Ideal Auto Body Refinisher Painter Needs to Bring:
- Ideally, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and be proficient in using PPG paints.
- A deep passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a systematic, patient approach to your work.
- A keen eye for detail, with a strong commitment to safety.
- Willingness to adhere to safety rules and maintain a responsible workplace.
- Physical capabilities for tasks involving frequent bending, crouching, and reaching.
- The ability to handle tools and lift approximately 51 lbs. You should be prepared to supply and maintain your own tools as you advance your career.
