As a Customer Service Representative, you will report to the Customer Service Manager and play a crucial role in welcoming and assisting customers at our Montreal location. Your responsibilities will include providing information about our services, explaining our flight criteria, and offering valuable recommendations to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Input relevant customer information into our computer system.
- Confirm reservation times and details.
- Inform customers about the wide range of services offered by SkyVenture.
- Explain the operation of our activities to customers.
- Promote the various services available.
- Handle reservations efficiently.
- Contribute to increased sales of packages and gift certificates.
- Complete customer invoices.
- Perform opening and closing cash procedures.
