Overview: Troy Soontiens & Associates Inc. is in search of a dedicated and seasoned Customer Service Representative Supervisor to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will have a pivotal role in overseeing customer service operations and ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct performance assessments for team members.
  2. Recruit and onboard staff for the customer service team.
  3. Coordinate, delegate, and review work assignments.
  4. Guarantee the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery; arrange for maintenance and repairs.
  5. Establish work schedules and protocols, collaborating with other departments.
  6. Inspect and validate the accuracy of work, authorize routine transactions.
  7. Identify training needs and provide training on job responsibilities and company policies.
  8. Resolve work-related issues and prepare and submit progress reports.
  9. Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Language: Proficiency in English. Computer and Technology Proficiency:

  • MS Office
