Overview: Troy Soontiens & Associates Inc. is in search of a dedicated and seasoned Customer Service Representative Supervisor to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will have a pivotal role in overseeing customer service operations and ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance assessments for team members.
- Recruit and onboard staff for the customer service team.
- Coordinate, delegate, and review work assignments.
- Guarantee the smooth operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery; arrange for maintenance and repairs.
- Establish work schedules and protocols, collaborating with other departments.
- Inspect and validate the accuracy of work, authorize routine transactions.
- Identify training needs and provide training on job responsibilities and company policies.
- Resolve work-related issues and prepare and submit progress reports.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 individuals.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Language: Proficiency in English. Computer and Technology Proficiency:
